We Get It—Life Happens. But Here’s the Deal…
We totally understand that things come up (sick kids, meetings, dog emergencies—we’ve seen it all). But because of the nature of our services and the time we set aside just for you, we do have a cancellation policy to keep things running smoothly for everyone.
Cancellations within 2 hours of your IV service or appointment (or a no-show) will be charged a $50 fee.
We know no one wants that. It's awkward. So if something changes, just give us a heads-up as soon as you can. Thanks for helping us honor each other's time and health!

Welcome to a Convenient, Streamlined Healthcare Experience!
1. Complete your patient registration. You can fill out your registration form online.
2. Call to schedule your first appointment. Give us a call at 980-920-3367 to schedule—no referral needed. You can use your BlueCross BlueShield or Aetna insurance or choose our transparent, self-pay options.
3. Book follow-ups by phone.
After your initial appointment, you'll be invited to join our secure patient portal. From there, you can message your provider directly and view test results. For now, call to book a follow-up appointment. Online booking is coming soon!
